The goal is to make Azure pipeline tests run on 9.0.3, containing the fix for CLR crash that happens a lot in our CI.

  • Verified the tests run with 9.0.3 now:
    [xUnit.net 00:00:00.00] xUnit.net VSTest Adapter v2.8.2+699d445a1a (64-bit .NET 9.0.3)

No big deal, it's an unrelated timeout:
Data collector 'Blame' message: The specified inactivity time of 5 minutes has elapsed. Collecting hang dumps from testhost and its child processes.
We now have 5 minute timeout for test cases in CI.

It's the GC test. It just does not collect on Linux sometimes. I'll do another PR for it in a minute.

If this does not help, I'll just skip the flaky GC test: #18408
