[tests] Regression on WebView HandlerLeak DeviceTest iOS 15.4 and 14.5

Description

When we merged other fixed for #18934 we introduced a regression for this test for WebView that now is leaking.
When running locally on simulator seems to work fine.

Handler Does Not Leak(type: typeof(Microsoft.Maui.Controls.WebView))
