rename ACT to Artemis

(created using eb --new-pr)

There exist some easyconfigs for ACT but they not only provide ACT but Artemis where ACT is a part of (and also BamView and DNAPlotter. See the website: https://sanger-pathogens.github.io/Artemis/.
