Part of #671
Summary of changes:
for making easier for Reviewers, I just translate and double check until
#: src/welcome-day-1.md:1
#, fuzzy
lines and synced thier tranlstionsSuggestions:
Assumptions:
Word "فرض میشود" is a better translation of "Assumptions" in the context of learning Rust Book when used as "we assume you know something". This is because "فرض میشود" is more commonly used in this context than "فرضیهها".
Bare-Metal Rust:
A bare-metal environment is a specific kind of virtualization environment built with bare-metal hypervisors that do not rely on a host OS in order to function.

So in the persian we can say "بر روی سخت افزار بدون سیستم عامل"
Qoute, BackQoute, Single Qoute:
In English we use
"
when we want to quote something like:"
Quotable Text"
, and single quotes for nested quotes like:"I knew I wanted to come to WMU when President Dunn said, 'We're committed to your success. '"
Backqoute ( `) we use it as markdown syntax, we are using it for inline code block or code block.
After those definitions, Double Qoute, Single Qoute in Persian is the same as Guillemet or "گیومه"
We use them like «گیومه». so all ' and " if the text is persian we can convert them to « »
But we can not change the quote back to anything else, I saw a few of them until this part.
