Preparing for the NStack v1.0.7 which now handling properly non-BMP code points.

`Terminal.Gui` isn't prepared to the next `NStack` version. The `HotKeyTagMask` is causing mess-up the surrogate pairs handled. Also the `MakePrintable` is handling badly the surrogate pairs.
