Artwork not updating in re-factored squeezebox.

The problem

Excited about #34731 I updated to dev (docker core on ubuntu 18.04), Squeezebox entities are still working except that artwork does not update in the official media card or in the mini-media-player card.

When restarting HA after upgrade from 0.109.2 to dev the artwork came up correct, but has stayed on the same album cover for 12 hours now.

Environment

• Last working Home Assistant Core release (if known):

0.109.2

• Operating environment (Home Assistant/Supervised/Docker/venv):

via docker on ubuntu 18.04 64 bit on a NUC.

Thank you reporting this. This problem is fixed by updating to pysqueezebox 0.1.4. This will happen when #31748 is merged into the dev branch (it has already been approved).

Sorry for the error! For a quick fix while awaiting the merge, you can manually install the newer version of pysqueezebox. Run pip3 install pysqueezebox==0.1.4 in your virtual environment and then start hass with the --skip-pip option.

That seems to have fixed it. I changed manifest.json to require pysqueezebox==0.1.4, restarted HA and it seems to work!

Are we also waiting for #31748 to get the sync service? I am a bit confused about the various pull requests!

And there is no need to apologise, I know you just took over the squeezebox stuff, and I am glad someone has!

If I spot any other oddities, I'll open another issue.

Yes, still waiting for #31748. The home assistant project maintainers asked that the component be refactored to meet current guidelines (#34731). That had to be merged first.

Let me know if there are other features that would be useful. I'm working on player and server discovery right now. In my setup players come and go and home assistant only discovers them if they are running when the platform is loaded on startup.

Actually I might have spoken too soon, not sure it is fixed. I'll observe and let you know.
