sync content from production to staging

• use btsync to sync static content and database backups from production to staging

• script daily update of staging from synced data

But this will overwrite ash daily (since it is empty in production)

Also, staging doesn't have enough storage to sync media backup

this should still happen on a future staging / hot-standby (not testing) server
