Atem switcher plugin

Added Blackmagic Design Atem switcher support

It may act as a control source (to start playout using switcher's button), or be under TVPlay's control - to switch its inputs. This may be used in two different configurations to support live events - when the live signal is provided to CasparCG input or directly to the switcher.

Added XKeys plugin

This release contains new plugin for programmable XKeys keyboards. Within this release, only XK-24 is supported.
Plugins are now moved to Plugins.repository directory, to use any of them, it must be moved to actual Plugins directory.
Also some fixes are included.

Added NowPlayingNotifier plugin

Added plugin that automates loading Flash template with current and next items on rundown.
TVPlayClient is also improved in terms of stability.

Improved XDCAM support and fixes

This release brings XDCAM Station (XDS-PD1000) support.
Also includes miscellaneous fixes and updates (see commit list for details).

Improved CG controller

Improved TAS.Server.CGElementsConrtoller.dll plugin that now supports crawls. Please, refer to Configuration\Elements.xml for usage sample.
