fix(testPathPatterns) fix absPath breaking

Summary

• Fixes [Docs]: jest30 testRegex, testPathPatterns breaking #15630
• returns true only if matches relative path was changed due to the existing test needed to be done on relative path instead of absolute path
• Adds matches absolute path with absPath test that fails without the change
