Problem with schemaForm module loading from bootstrap-decorator

I have commented on the PR that uses gulp-umd to generate a wrapper, there are problems with some loaders, also possibly a problem with gulp-umd:

Another issue with gulp-umd is that it doesn't seem to be very actively maintained issue-wise.
