Testing #19884

  • Create a conda env
  • Run the command again, pick conda again
  • It doesn't do anything and there is no failure message

It seems like creating two conda environments would be useful. Being able to name it myself would be useful and avoid this issue.

This command is intended for beginners. We don't have plans to add support for multiple conda environments for the same project.

We did make a change where if there already an existing .conda environment, we pick it and notify the user.
