Referral issue in EUCAST Expert Rules

These are currently in error:

• outate() rule: when reference.rule == "Neisseria meningitidis" & this_value == "Pasteurella multocida", it incorrectly maps to "Pasteurella multocida" (seems like a copy-paste issue)
• reference.rule: ifelse(reference.rule == "Pasteurella multocida", "Pasteurella", reference.rule)
• if_mo_property: ifelse(reference.rule == "Pasteurella", genus, if_mo_property)
• this_value: paste() when this_value == "Pasteurella multocida" replaces with "Pasteurella"
• and_these_antibiotics: c("S5", and_these_antibiotics)
• if_mo_property: ifelse(reference.rule == "Campylobacter", genus, if_mo_property)
• like.is.one_of: ifelse(reference.rule %like% "Aerococcus" & like.is.one_of == "is", corrected to "one_of")
