Create a summary report #728

Follow-up to #725.
It might be helpful to generate a proper summary report using Quarto/Rmd as a more accessible way to explore the results of mag. The report could be similar to the one implemented in ampliseq (Example: https://nf-core-awsmegatests.s3-eu-west-1.amazonaws.com/ampliseq/results-8f139cecd95a23920617f2c2b154733494ed4562/summary_report/summary_report.html)
This report could include:
- Pre-processing statistics
- Graphical assembly statistics
- Binner comparisons:
- Number of bins at different quality thresholds
- Scatter plots of completeness/contamination, colored by binner
- Taxonomy by binner
- GTDB/CAT taxonomy overview for bins:
- Sankey plots?
- K-mer plots, similar to those in this article
