[BATCH] Module updates that do not require pipeline updates

Collection of updates that can be applied to multiple / all modules but do not require pipeline updates. For more severe changes check #8238

Note

I opened this new meta issue as GitHub will stop supporting tasklists and goes for subissues instead. The original issue with all batch updates is #5828
