Description of feature

Add melon as a long-reads classifier.

Melon: metagenomic long-read-based taxonomic identification and quantification using marker genes.

• @eparisis made all relevant modules
• Open PR adding to pipeline with Add Melon long classifier #608
• Code is basically working, missing taxpasta support (and thus standardsation profiles), test data, changelog
