Clean up null values for identity attributes #335

Since the latest weaver upgrade, where requirement level for an entity's identity attributes were removed, we have null values in the conformance.json.

We might want to clean up these null values.
Either hardcode required value for identity attributes or change identity to be an array of attributes.
