Fix CUDA 12.0 build errors

[cudawarped]

Fix additional CUDA 12.0 build errors not observed in opencv/opencv#23034 introduced when cudev tests are built (without world).

Companion fix to opencv/opencv#23037

Confirmed builds with CUDA 12.0, CuDNN 8.7.0.84, Nvidia Video Codec SDK 12.0 on both

• Windows 11 22H2: Visual Studio 2022 (17.43)

• Ubuntu 20.04 LTS (WSL): g++ (Ubuntu 9.4.0-1ubuntu1~20.04.1) 9.4.0
