Replaces uses of
mkdirpwith nativemkdirwith the recursive option. Same effect.The
recursiveoption came out in Node v10.12.0. As Node v10 is EOL in April and the current target is 12.0,mkdirpcan be replaced.Does this PR introduce a breaking change?
