This is mostly a refactor to clean things up a bit, most notably the "XI namespace" code.

Making the session opaque requires adding the following internal-only functions:

  • _PyXI_NewSession()
  • _PyXI_FreeSession()
  • _PyXI_GetMainNamespace()
