favicon.ico, icon.png, and apple-icon.png were in the docs project root instead of app/. Without being in app/, requests to /favicon.ico fell through to the [lang] dynamic route, crashing fumadocs with 'Cannot use in operator to search for root in undefined'.

The [lang] dynamic segment matches any path, including /sitemap.xml and /favicon.ico. When these hit the [lang] layout, source.pageTree[lang] returns undefined, crashing fumadocs with 'Cannot use in operator to search for root in undefined'. Bail early with notFound() for invalid languages.
