…horthand turbo ls previously had its own package graph querying logic. This refactors it to execute GraphQL queries through the QueryServer, keeping it in sync with turbo query semantics. Adds turbo query ls as a matching shorthand with identical flags (--filter, --affected, --output, positional packages).

ls::run()now accepts a&dyn QueryServerand uses it to execute two types of GraphQL queries:{ packages { items { name path } length } }for listing packages{ package(name: "...") { ... tasks, allDependencies, allDependents ... } }for package detailsFilter/affected flags still flow through
RunBuilderviaOpts— the filtered package set is captured before theRunis wrapped asArc<dyn QueryRun>, then used to filter the GraphQL results.turbo query lsis handled early inquery::run()(before the general-purpose query Run is constructed) since it needs its own Run with filter opts.Closes #11144
