This PR adds a new Namespace test
TestAccVcfaSupervisorNamespace. By default it is skipped, but can be enabled usingVCFA_NAMESPACE_TEST.It is compatible with test prioritisation (implemented in #60). The test can be executed with and without prioritisation, etc.
The existing test that requires explicit preconfiguration is renamed to
TestAccVcfaSupervisorNamespaceExternal
