Follow-up to #4458.
Once the backend changes from ydb#55274 are deployed, use StateInfo.Status, Count, and FailedDomainsPerRealm to render storage group state labels.
Keep the existing State parser as a fallback when structured data is unavailable. Preserve the current label text, colors, and parenthesized details.
Add tests covering equivalent output for both formats, missing StateInfo, and unknown legacy State formats, including mirror-3-dc count semantics.
