Put a space between two commas. Closes #192 .

Do we need a space before the first comma?

I'd say no, but the example is poorly chosen. You are more likely to see something like this:

a[1,, drop = FALSE]

Or

a[, 1]

And here, I think the convention is not to have a space after [.

This feels sufficiently rare, let's wait for a real use case.
