1.3.1 Accessing the Questionnaire Builder
To create a new questionnaire or to modify an existing questionnaire, click the Builder button on the navigation bar.
The questionnaire card appears at the top of the page.
You can always use the navigation bar to switch to other views in the questionnaire detail.
Click Summary to see charts that presents information about the questionnaire's stories. Click Stories to return to the questionnaire detail to see the stories submitted via the questionnaire. Click Documents to see the notes and attachments associated with the Questionnaire.
Below the navigation bar, there are three tabs: Questions/Content, On Submit, and Publication. Use these tabs to create your questionnaire, publish the questionnaire once you are ready to share it, and optionally, further customize the story collection process so it's most effective for your organization's goals.
