If you are a root user, follow the steps below to make changes to an existing user's account, to disable the account so the user can no longer sign in to the application, or to enable a previously disabled user account to restore sign in privileges.

  1. Roll over the Admin tab to open the Admin menu.
  2. Select Update Account. Note: Users with organization admin permissions cannot update existing user accounts. The user can make changes to his or her own account detail page.
  3. From the User Name list, select the user account you would like to update, disable, or enable.

How to Find the User Account You Want to Change - The User Name List

The User Name list displays the usernames for all users who have an account with your organization(s). The navigation controls at the bottom of the list allow you to navigate through the pages of usernames. You can also change the number of usernames displayed per page, by using the Display editable text field.

  1. The user's account information appears in the fields in the Account Update column.
